Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 2.It is seen that the first respondent herein filed ARC.No.181 of 2019 before the Deputy Registrar of Chits, Tiruchirappalli against the respondents 2, 3 and others. The said ARC was allowed on 19.02.2021. The petitioner was not a party to the arbitration proceedings. The petitioner is aggrieved by the attachment effected on the petition mentioned property. To raise the same, the petitioner filed I.A.No.5 of 2024 and the petitioner seeks disposal of the said Interlocutory Application.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The Deputy Registrar of Chits, Trichirappalli is directed to dispose of I.A.No.5 of 2024 in ARC.No.181 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 4.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
