O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to interfere in the civil dispute existing between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on a complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, due to which, the fourth respondent has given a false complaint before the second respondent. Based on the said complaint, the second respondent Police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submits that the enquiry in the complaint given by the fourth respondent was completed and the complaint was closed. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police, no further 2/4

orders are required to be passed in this petition.
