This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the initiation of the security proceedings against the petitioners herein.

2. The executive magistrate had grouped the rival parties in a composite notice. It has been held time and again that such grouping is improper.

3. The petitioner's counsel has enclosed a copy of the order dated 12.03.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4450 of 2020 wherein respectfully following the earlier decision of this Court. I had quashed such proceedings. The case on hand is squarely covered by the aforesaid order. The impugned proceedings are quashed. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
