Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent herein to produce the body or person of the detenue Mr.R.Manickam s/o.Ramasamy, unsound mind person, aged about 55 years and produce him before this Honorable Court and set him at liberty in accordance with law. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to produce the body or person of the detenue Mr.R.Manickam s/o.Ramasamy, unsound mind person, aged about 55 years and produce him before this Honorable Court and set him at liberty

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.873 of 2019 for offence under Section 'Man Missing'. Further it is seen that the complaint was lodged after two months from the date of occurrence.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
