Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABU.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 6 by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14843 of 2023, dated 16.08.2023. 1/3

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner is a daily coolie worker, he is facing difficulty to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur. Hence, he seeks modification. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed upon the petitioner by the order dated 16.08.2023, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
