Crime No.114 of 2023 registered against the accused for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 323 IPC and to file a final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the Police have completed the investigation in this case and the charge sheet is filed in S.T.C.No.600 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi. It is further submitted that the accused persons appeared before the Court and admitted the offence and were found guilty and they have paid the fine amount of Rs.1,500/- on 04.08.2023.

3. Since the investigation is already completed, no further orders can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
