This petition is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned". 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that in the order dated 21.08.2025, in the fourth line of paragraph No.5, it has been inadvertently mentioned as 'petitioner' instead of 'respodents'. Hence, they seek for modification of the same.

3.In the aforesaid backdrop, Registry is directed to substitute the following paragraph in place of paragraph No.5 in the order dated 21.08.2025 and issue a fresh order copy to the parties:

"5.In view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the matter directs the petitioner to vacate and hand over the possession of the premises on or before 21.11.2025, failing which liberty is granted to the respondents to approach the jurisdiction police to vacate the petitioner forthwith." 03.11.2025 MR _________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
