ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2024 that may be time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there existed property dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents and that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.736 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry.

3. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
