By the order of this Court dated 09.12.2021, report was called for from the concerned Court as to the stage of the trial process. 2.Today, this Court received only the Format showing the particulars of the case such as Case No., Name of the Police Station, Name of the Accused, Date of Issue on NBW and Next Hearing Date.

3.Hence, the trial Court is directed to give a detailed report with regard to the reason for issuing NBW against the accused and stage of the case.

4.Post the matter on 07.01.2022.
