2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly. He further submitted that after investigation, the respondent police filed the final report, deleting the petitioner/A8.

4. Considering the above facts, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.10213 of 2025, dated 18.06.2025, is fully relaxed. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
