ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to number the case in filing No.12585/2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, dated 16.09.2019 and pass an order to the second respondent to register an FIR within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police.

3. On perusal of the records already the petitioner has lodged the complaint, for which, no action was taken, therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to register the case, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and also as directed by the the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
