ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to comply with the direction of the Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur passed in Cr.M.P.No.15 of 2021 dated 07.10.2021.

2. As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the District Superintendent of Police, Musiri has been shown as respondent and even in the order, Station House Officer was directed to enquire the petition according to law and file report within two weeks. Admittedly, the complaint was against the police officials. Though the petitioner has obtained the order as earlier as on 07.10.2021, he has not taken any steps for more than three years. Hence, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
