ORDER

This petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, seeking direction against the respondent / The District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur District, to pass orders in a matter in which he had conducted enquiry in revision petition No.Tha.Pa.No.32/2018/U(2).

2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after notice had been issued, enquiry had been conducted and the last date of enquiry was on 13.08.2021.

3.Since the matter is now pending on the file of the respondent, it cannot be proper on my part to examine with the relevant materials and contentions. A Mandamus is issued to the respondent to pass orders if the enquiry had been completed, on or before 15.01.2022.

4.With these observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
