This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to survey and fix the boundaries pertaining to the land bearing survey No.289/10(part) of Panchalanguruchi Revenue Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukudi District as per the registered sale deed measurement, within the time limit as fixed by this Court based on the petitioner application, dated 18.03.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation made survey and to fix boundaries of the land in question has not been acted upon.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the respondents within a considerable time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2025, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after conducting enquiry and by hearing all the parties along with their objections, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if there are any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
