Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SELVAKUMAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall sign before the respondent police instead of signing before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16221 of 2022, dated 22.09.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.

CRL MP(MD) No.12309 of 2022 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
