This writ petition is filed, seeking a Mandamus, to direct the Thasildar, Vedasendur Taluk, Dindigul District, to conduct an enquiry, based on the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Palani in Na.Ka.No.10/2023/A7 dated 29.12.2023. 2.Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on written instructions submits that the Thasildar, Vedasendur has already conducted an enquiry and an order has also been passed, rejecting the request of this petitioner for grant of patta, in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 356/2024/A4, dated 30.05.2024. A copy of the proceedings, dated 2/5

30.05.2024 is placed before this Court and also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader that the request of this petitioner for grant of patta has been rejected by the third respondent in his proceedings, dated 30.05.2024, this writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to this petitioner to challenge the above proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
