properties covered under patta No.93 situated at Uppiliakudi Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukottai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his application submitted before the respondents for grant of patta has not been considered by the respondents, has filed this writ petition.

2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's application is under consideration, they would conduct enquiry and pass necessary orders.

3.In view of the above submission this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct 2/4

an enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the interested parties.

4.The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
