2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7707 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6669 of 2025, dated 24.06.2025 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
