ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking to provide the copy of Land Acquisition Award in respect of the Petitioner's property comprised in S.No.600/1A, and 605B/2A1A, for the extent of 26.50 Ares situated at Ayyalur Village, Vedasendur Taluk and Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the copy of the Land Acquisition Award in respect of the Petitioner's property comprised in S.No.600/1A, and 605B/2A1A, for the extent of 26.50 Ares situated at Ayyalur Village, Vedasendur Taluk and Dindigul District was furnished by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2/4

5. Recording the said statement, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
