When the matter is called today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the first respondent/Sub-Divisional Magistrate-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer has concluded his proceedings by order dated 17.05.2019 and further action has been dropped. 2.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this criminal original petition to be adjudicated upon further. Hence, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
