O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and measure the petitioner's property in S.No.3241/11 to an extent of 0.00.43 cents situated at Saruthuppaty Village, Theni District, based on her representation, dated 28.09.2022.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of the land in S.No.3241/13 to an extent of 0.00.43 cents situated at Saruthuppaty Village, Theni District and she approached the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the said property. But, they have not taken any action. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents on 28.09.2022. However, till date no survey has been conducted. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to survey and measure the petitioner's property in S.No. 2/4

3241/11.

3. Heard Mr.J.Vishnu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Considering the above facts, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.09.2022 and take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
