PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing 1/4

the 1st Respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal dated 11.07.2023, which has been filed against the second Respondent order of Pa.Mu.A1/2643/2023 dated 30.05.2023 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

The Revenue Divisional Officer has passed an order cancelling the patta, which stood in the name of this petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has preferred a revision petition before the District Revenue Officer on 11.07.2023 and approached this Court for an early disposal of his revision application. 2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the revision itself was filed by the petitioner only on 11.07.2023 and the same has been taken on file. After issuing notice to the necessary parties, the revision would be decided. 2/4

3.Considering the rival submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
