ORDER
The petitioners are accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.136 of 2025 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kariapatti, 1/4
Virudhunagar District. They are facing charges for the offences under Sections 342 and 324 IPC. Now, they have moved this petition seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.136 of 2025 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kariapatti, Virudhunagar District, pending against them.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that steps are taken to compromise the issue between the parties in an amicable manner. However, there is no material placed before this Court that the issue has been compromised between the parties.
3. Since there is no material that the issue has been compromised between the parties, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
