ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2021 within the stipulated time by removing the encroachments made in the water body 'Periyar Canal' crossing near the petitioner's property in Survey No.59/3E2 at Kottagaimedu, Pudhuppatti, East Taluk, Madurai situated at Pudhuppatti, Arumbanur Post, Madurai District. 2.No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for the respondents has produced the proceedings of the 2nd

respondent in Na.Ka.No.3413/2021/A3, dated 20.12.2021 addressed to the learned Government Pleader and submitted that there is no encroachment as projected by the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to bring notice of the authorities concerned, if there is any other encroachments. No costs.
