This Criminal Original petition has been filed to to direct the first respondent to withdraw the Crime No. 260 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to some other competent officer for proper investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 260 of 2018 and also filed final report in C.C.No. 319 of 2018 on the f ile of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram.

3. At this stage transfer of investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
