ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to pass orders on the complaint made by the petitioner on 17.06.2021, wherein the petitioner has sought for cancellation of the documents that were registered on 16.06.2021.

2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the enquiry is now pending before the second respondent. The learned Government Advocate also relied upon the counter affidavit filed by the third respondent in this case.

3. Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to proceed further to enquire the complaint after affording an opportunity to all the interested parties and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
