PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent herein in R.O.C.No.4293/2022/A1, dated 30.08.2022 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents to accept the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2022 and permit the petitioner for voluntary retirement from service within a stipulated time limit as fixed by this Court.
