This Court by its order dated 26.09.2025 has directed the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur to dispose C.C.No.48 of 2019 within 3 months from the date of appearance of parties.

2. Now, the Trial Judge has circulated a letter dated 11.02.2026 seeking extension of time of 3 months to dispose the above case.

3. This Calender Case is of the year 2019. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant 3 months time as required by the Trial Judge. The Trial Judge is directed to conclude the above case as expeditiously as possible. Time is extended for a further period of two (2) months for such disposal.

4. Registry is directed to circulate this order copy forthwith to the Trial Court.
