Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the Impugned Order Dated 22.04.2025 in Na.Ka.No.3956/2023/F1 sent by the 2nd Respondent and quash the same and thereby direct the 2nd Respondent to give 12 months time to this Writ Petitioner to vacate their Branch Office at No.85/4A, Ground Floor, Balaji Avenue, Trichy Road, Thuraiyur, Trichy District on the basis of their representation dated 09.06.2025.
