ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to clear the blockage of channel in Ward No.13, Gangai Street and Vinayagar Street to Angel Nagar, Aathikulam, Madurai City, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2022. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the alleged blockage of channel will be removed shortly based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 12.09.2022.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to remove the alleged blockage of channel within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
