The petitioner has filed this writ petition with a grievance that the application submitted by him 06.03.2023 for carrying out certain corrections in the Survey Register has not been considered so far.
2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Melur has accepted the case of the petitioner and recommended to the District Collector, Madurai and the District Collector has to take a call on the petitioner's application. 2/5
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. The District Collector, Madurai shall take action on the petitioner's application, based on the recommendation made by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Melur within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
