ORDER

This petition is filed to set aside the condition No.2 imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, (FAC) Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, in Crl.M.P.No.1113 of 2021, dated 02.12.2021.

2. By the order, dated 02.12.2021, the Sessions Judge, (FAC) Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, imposed the condition upon the petitioner, to deposit the title deed to the value of Rs.25 lakhs, while releasing the petitioner, under Section 167 (2) Cr.P.C. It appears that the condition is onerous in nature. So, that condition is ordered to be set aside and accordingly set aside and the other conditions shall remain unaltered and the Criminal Original petition is allowed.
