2. Both sides counsel present and would submit that without going into the merits of the matter, a direction may be issued to the Court below for an early disposal of HMOP.No458 of 2016, pending on the file of III Additional Sub Court, Madurai.

3. Considering the submission of either side, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed without going into the merits of the matter. Considering the issue of matrimonial dispute since 2016, this Court deem it fit to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of HMOP.No. 458 of 2016 according to law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
