ORDER

This Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor/Respondent and punish them for the wilful disobedience of the order of the High Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10566 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10566 of 2022, Final Report has been filed on 14.09.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, but it was not taken on file so far.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, to process the final report within a time stipulated as per rules.
