PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.8 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.01.2023 in Crime No.8 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(B), 22(c), 29(1) of NDPS Act, in crime No.8 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that based on the secret information, the 1/3

respondent police intercepted the petitioner and the other accused, at that time, they were found in illegal possession of 1.100 Kgs of Ganja and 100 grams Mushroom. Thereafter, the further process were undertaken and the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. Hence, the complaint.

3. Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court dismissed the earlier bail application filed by the petition. 4.Even though the matter has been listed for third time, the learned counsel on record is not ready to argue the matter. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the final report was filed before the special Court and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.889 of 2023 and posted for 19.10.2010 for commencement of trial.

5.In view of the above said, I find no reason to entertain this petition. The petitioner can revive the application, after the examination of material witnesses are over, before the trial Court itself.
