Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. In pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 19.09.2024, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) to the credit of Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai in Crl.M.P.No.1531 of 2024 in M.C.No.4 of 2018.

3. Hence, the conditional order passed by this Court has been complied with by the petitioner.

4. List the matter on 18.12.2024.
