deficit area of 62 square feet in the backside of the shop in a total extent of 135 square feet in Shop no.1/69K 24, at COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1, 2, 6 and 7 and the learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5.

2. Earlier, the petitioners was in possession of a larger extent of portions in the temple complex where he was running a shop. However, the shops premises were later taken back for widening the road and therefore, the petitioners were displaced. The petitioners have been given alternate place within the temple premises. The complaint of the petitioners is that they have given lesser area and therefore, they seek additional area.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1, 2, 6 and 7 further submits that there are no other additional space for being allotted to these petitioners.

4. Whether the additional area exist or not and whether such place can be allotted in favour of the petitioner cannot be determined in these proceedings. Be that as it may, the petitioners have given their representation in the year 2018. Considering the same, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation and dispose the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4/6

5. These writ petitions stand disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
