PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct land survey and fix survey stone 1/4

and thereby demarcating Petitioner Patta Land in Survey No.14/10 to the extent of 0-36.50 Hectare and Survey No.14/11 to the extent of 0-1.50 Hectare situated at Vellakkal Village, V.K.Puthur Taluk, Tenkasi District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2023 and 18.08.2023 within a stipulated period as framed by this Court.

2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that they are intending to conduct the survey on 04.09.2023 and in this regard, notice has already been issued to the adjacent land owners. 2/4

3.Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to conclude the survey within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
