ORDER : This criminal original petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3438 of 2023 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Madurai, on 22.08.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the course of investigation, it was found that the stone pillars was not damaged. 3.In view of the submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition mentioned in the result portion in Crl.MP.No.3438 of 2023, dated 22.08.2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, is hereby modified to the effect that: ● In the result, in the event of arrest or on their surrendering before the Court concerned the petitioners are ordered to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti subject to the following conditions.
