ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct respondents to extend the lease period further two years to the petitioner for collecting two wheelers and four Wheelers vehicle parking fees (Entrance Fees) in the Kutladampatti Panchayat Land, adjourning Thadagai Natchiyammal Water Falls situated at Kutladampatti, Vadipatti Panchayat Union, Madurai district on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30/09/2019."

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is informed that the lease period itself is over and since the extended period has also come to an end, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
