O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order, dated 24.08.2024, whereby the present functioning place of petitioner's bar bearing TASMAC Shop No.7627 in Patta No.941, Survey No.18/5A1, Pattupoochi, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District was shifted to Patta No.1688, Survey No.8/7C2, Door No.1/627 (2), Ayyuruli Thatchan Kanmai Group, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk,

2. After submitting for a brief while, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file a representation seeking permission to run the bar in the new location. 2/5

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent would submit that if such representation is made, the same would be considered and orders would be passed in accordance with law. The same is acceded to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed and the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation. If any such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and orders shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
