ORDER

The Petitioner has come out with the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents to provide his retirement benefits such as, employee's provident fund, gratuity, commutation, earned leave wages, monthly family pension etc., payable to him along with 12% interest, within the time limit that may be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2.Mr.P.Balasubramanian, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner joined the service of the respondent Corporation as Helper on 01.03.1973. He was dismissed from service, by the order of the second respondent, dated 13.05.1995. According to the petitioner, due to his mental stress, he did not raise any Industrial Dispute. He attained the age of superannuation on 31.08.2008. The respondents have not paid any terminal benefits so far. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ petition.

4.From the above materials on record, it is seen that the petitioner was dismissed from service on 13.05.1995.He has not raised any dispute challenging the order of dismissal. The said order of the second respondent has become final. The present Writ petition is filed in the year 2019, claiming terminal benefits on the ground that he attained the age of superannuation. The relief sought for is not maintainable and without merits. 5.For the above reasons, this Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
