ORDER
Learned Government Advocate would submit that in pursuance of the order of this Court, the complaint made by the petitioner dated 1/4
17.12.2022 was enquired. During the course of enquiry, it was found that some of the Government officers have involved in the misconduct and disciplinary proceedings were initiated against them. In respect of others, it is found that the complaint is not based upon true facts. The enquiry was forwarded to the District Collector, Sivagangai, for passing final orders and the same is still pending.
2. Let a copy of the enquiry report shall be served upon the petitioner, so that he can work out remedy if he is aggrieved, depending upon the outcome of the final order to be passed by the District Collector, Sivagangai.
3. In view of the above discussion, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
