O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 Police not to harass the petitioner basing on a complaint allegedly given by the respondent No.4.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner and the respondent No.4 used to run a bakery business jointly and the dispute arouse between them. In respect of that, the respondent No.4 has filed a false complaint before the Police. However, the Police, without following the due process of law, has registered the case and have been harassing the petitioner and thereby, he sought for suitable directions.
3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents Police that the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2023 has been received by the Police as current paper from the Higher Officials and the same is being enquired into and within a short time, the respondents Police will complete the enquiry and take a decision objectively.

4. Considering the submissions made by both sides, the respondents Police are directed to complete the enquiry in respect of representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2023 and dispose of the same as quickly as possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
