2. This criminal original petition has been filed for seeking police protection.

3. It is anchored on the decree obtained by the petitioner from the jurisdictional civil Court. That is why, this Court ordered notice to the private respondents.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is submitted that the private respondents had already filed S.A.(MD) No.792 of 2021 and an interim order of status quo has also been granted.
