ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.N.S., seeking orders, to issue direction to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai in Crl.M.P.No.8283 of 2024, dated 26.07.2024 to register the case upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 27.09.2023.

2. It is seen from the records that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, vide order, dated 26.07.2024 in Crl.MP.No.8283 of 2024, considering the fact that the matter is matrimonial dispute, directed the SHO to enquire the petition and file a report before the Court as early as possible.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the second respondent, after conducting preliminary enquiry has filed a report before the trial Court.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
