PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to directing the Respondent Police to comply the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 2619/2022 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No. 1, Thanjavur dated 13.02.2023 and investigate the matter and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police to comply with the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.2619/2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Thanjavur dated 13.02.2023 and register a case. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thanjavur on 13.02.2023 under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., and the same was registered as Crl.M.P.No.2619 of 2022. It is submitted further that the learned Magistrate has directed the police to investigate and register a case. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that as per the directions given by the learned Magistrate, an enquiry was conducted and ultimately a report has been filed on 18.05.2023 stating that no cognizable offence is committed by the proposed accused. 2/4

4.Since the enquiry has already been conducted, no further directions can be given in this case and accordingly, this Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate measures, in case if she is aggrieved by the enquiry report of the respondent police.
