Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJASELVAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to the ill health of the petitioners 1 and 2, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.9042 of 2021 dated 30.09.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 30.09.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9042 of 2021 is extended further for a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
