ORDER

When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that since the vehicle in question was illegally sold and the matter is pending before the first respondent and the registration of the vehicle has already been cancelled and hence the prayer that has been sought for has become infructuous.

2. Recording the said submission, inasmuch as the license of the vehicle in question has been cancelled vide proceedings dated 03.10.2023 of the first respondent, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the first respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
