ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with a grievance that the information sought for by him under the Right to Information Act has not been provided, despite the second appeal filed by him.

2.The learned standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submits that based on the second appeal filed by the petitioner, the 4th respondent was twice directed to provide the information sought by the petitioner. 3.Considering the submission made on either side, this Court directs the 1st respondent to take action as per Section 20 of the Right to Information Act, in case, the 4th respondent has not provided the information so far. 2/4

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
